How does Velashape work?
VelaShape™ uses combined energies known as
elōs™ to precisely target and heat fatty tissues within the treatment area. In addition, the vacuum and tissue manipulation evens out the skin to reveal a smoother, tighter figure.
On what body parts can be treated for circumference reduction?
WithVelaShape™, you can be treated on body areas such as the thighs and buttocks. The two applicators (VSmooth & VContour) on the VelaShape™ device are designed for large and small body areas; therefore, treatment is safe and effective.
How quickly will I notice an improvement?

Does it hurt?
Most patients find VelaShape™ treatments comfortable - like a warm deep tissue massage. The treatment is designed to accommodate your sensitivity and comfort level. It is normal to experience a warm sensation for a few hours post treatment. Your skin may also appear redder than usual for several hours.
How will I feel after the treatment?
Post treatment skin on treated area could feel tighter. It is normal to have an inner heated sensation for up to a few hours post treatment. In some cases, mild redness can be observed.

Cellulite is a very common condition, especially among women. Women are basically genetically and hormonally predisposed to cellulite. Smoking makes it worse. Lack of exercise and poor diet (fatty food and little drinking) may enhance the phenomenon.
What is Cellulite?
Rigid fibers form the fat chambers. When fat cells are enlarged, the rigid fibers push toward the soft tissue of the dermis, causing the rough surface appearance described as "orange peel," "mattress," or "cottage cheese."
Stage 1 - no dimpling while the patient is standing or lying down, but the pinch test reveals the "orange peel" appearance. Stage 2 - "orange peel" dimpling appears spontaneously when standing up, but not when lying down. Stage 3 - "orange peel" dimpling appears spontaneously both when standing up and lying down.
